ABOUT:

I’m a 25 year resident of Wayne, husband, father, and business owner. I have a BS Degree in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration. My professional career includes a proven track record in driving transformative change in a practical, objective, and balanced manner. In the corporate sector, I have served in leadership roles that span Information Technology, Operations, and Strategic Development. I have volunteered as a board member for our HOA, appointed as an advisory council member for a major university, and elected as a board of director member for a private software company. I’m an adjunct professor at a major university, industry speaker, consultant.

ACTION BASED AGENDA FOR WAYNE:

 

• Enforce village codes consistently and fairly

• Build a long range plan for the village that is based on data driven analysis and fiscally responsible decision making

• Work with state level officials and telecom carriers to leverage federal funds available for broad band build out in rural areas

• Partner with the Wayne Police Department to continue current progress with a special focus on safety

• Implement tools and processes that drive enhanced communication and collaboration between village officials and residents

Qualifications:

 

• Significant business experience that includes managing budgets in excess of $100M and organizations of over 1,000 team members

• Track record of driving responsible change, building results driven teams, and delivering  optimized ecosystems

• Led major operational process re-engineering efforts leveraging a balanced approach of technology and people

• Serving as a Board of Directors member for a software company, HOA board member, and advisory council at a major university

• Business owner with hands-on operational management experience
