THE DAILY HERALD ENDORSES EILEEN PHIPPS FOR VILLAGE OF WAYNE PRESIDENT

We are proud to announce that Eileen Phipps has received the Daily Herald’s full endorsement for Village of Wayne President.

The editorial board recognized the special qualities that make Wayne "an outlier and proudly so" in their March 8, 2023 article. They recognized that "Phipps is focused on protecting the historic character of the village" and recognized her commitment in finding solutions.

We agree with their conclusion that "Phipps has earned another term in office and she gets our endorsement".

Eileen is grateful to the Daily Herald for their endorsement and credits the leadership of Pete Connolly and Ed Hull and their on-going efforts and team-work in furthering the Village Board's goal to preserve and protect the Wayne we all love and call home.

Eileen looks forward to continuing to work for Wayne alongside Ed, Pete, and our choice of write-in candidate Gaetano Bevente for Wayne Trustee.
