If you wish to vote by mail or plan to be out of town for the winter please arrange for mail-in voting through your county for the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election. If you want to keep Wayne a simple, historic, open space community please remember to vote.
Kane County Residents:
Get the online application for Vote-by-Mail ballot: www.kanecountyelections.org.
First day to apply is January 4, 2023. Ballots will be mailed beginning February 23, 2022. Some voters requested a permanent Vote-by-Mail ballot for all elections, therefore, they do not need to re-apply for a ballot. They will automatically get a ballot to the address they provided. The Post Office—according to its established procedure will NOT forward election material so make sure you put your snowbird address for where to mail the ballot. In addition, the Post Office has been slow to process mail, so please make note.
DuPage County Residents:
